In the past, I always create post about my travel investments. Traveling is an investment in oneself, a form of education, a way to get to know oneself better and also a way to finally find oneself back… Travel is just a short term goal even if travel really helps to improve oneself.

“I prayed to the Lord, He answered me. He freed me from all my fears.” -Psalm 34:4

Another life advice is our mental health is very important. My advice to everyone is choose to be kind to every people you meet because you don’t know the inner battles that they are facing. Be mindful of your words because words could really scar a person. Be a source of inspiration through your words and never bring up someone’s past mistakes. We all do make mistakes so if the person is not opening up a certain topic, don’t mention someone’s past mistakes and don’t be the reason why someone might feel down. The pain of harsh words and even bad tone could be comparable to a pain being stabbed by a knife that will cause pain in someone’s heart. So, always use kind and gentle words with affirmation. And, if there’s nothing good that will come from your mouth, just speak silence. Try to improve yourself, be matured and put yourself in the foot of the other person my dear reader. Just imagine, what would you feel if it will be done to you.

My mental health sucks on 2022 but now I am really good. I realized that after all, the only thing that I am searching for and looking for was myself. Through the help of traveling, I got to know more of myself and I also discover my self-worth. I got to know what I want and what I really want to pursue in the future. I was eager and hundred percent sure of the other passions that I want to put my heart into. My journey of self-discovery and awareness is really life changing. To be honest, I learned to love myself more during my journey.

Gold City Soirée

This blog post will be different because I also want to share about my experience in attending the Gold City Soirée with the property guru, Mr. Carl Dy as the guest speaker. I really looked up to him. In fact, I used to watch his videos in YouTube. I got excited when I got an invitation from a friend to finally meet him in person.

Real estate investment that Mr. Carl Dy talks about is much more different than my travel goals. This one is a long term goal. If you will not consider selling it, this investment is just like your life partner, habangbuhay mo na kasama. It’s also securing and aiming a good future for your loved ones and the next generation. And for me, if you want to learn about this, you really have to listen to the experts in this field. You also need to watch videos with this content and read good books about real estate.

For people who are in a hurry and not risk-taker, real estate investing is not for you. Real estate investing is not just one snap of a finger then you will see the results right away. This one needs time. You have to WAIT if you want to buy pre-selling properties. But, if you can’t wait, then I suggest to buy ready-for-occupancy (RFO) properties. You also need time to think about it because you should be committed and you should have a clear goal in your mind when investing in this field. Don’t make big decisions if you didn’t think about it. Also, you have to pray and talk to our Almighty Father for the right discernment in all our decisions in life.

I am just happy to be surrounded by good people right now. Learning from a property guru and meeting him in person helped me to aim higher. I hope more millenials will also be interested in the topic Carl Dy shares.

Why do I share my testimony and life experiences?

It is very simple. It is because I feel that God is calling me to do it so. I am actually a work in progress. I also came from my pruning season where God removed things and people in my life to have a better and stronger relationship with Him. As I always say please Lord use me as an instrument of Your blessings.

I already know the Lord ever since but you know I just feel that I am much connected to God after everything that I’ve been through in my life. I wanna help those people who also experienced pain, who are seeking questions in their life and who are facing struggles in life. I really feel that through writing I could help those who are already lost hope and those who want to give up in their life.

When I was traveling in Europe on 2022, somebody replied in my travel story in my Instagram account and she told me how the prayers that I posted in my Facebook account made a huge impact in preparation for the board exam. I also send her copy of my review materials through an email before. She told me that she also write the prayer of St. Joseph of Cupertino. I also prayed for her successful journey and I am grateful that she passed the Dentist Licensure Exam. You know what, it really makes my heart happy when I found out that. I know there will be other silent readers whom I don’t know.

It truly amazes me how some simple words could make a huge impact in someone’s  life. I know by just posting something I could be an instrument of the Lord. I don’t want to be the reason why someone has a burden in life because I know how it feels to be lost and be so down. That’s why as much as possible talaga iniiwasan ko magalit. Yes, we are humans, we might be angry and humans tend to make mistakes but we must really improve ourselves.
