Ad Jesum Per Mariam

Ad Jesum Per Mariam

Ad Jesum Per Mariam is a Latin word which means “To Jesus through Mary”. Latin is the official  language of the Catholic  Church and I believe that the devil hates Latin. (Marian devotion is not a way of worshipping Mary nor suggesting that she is a god or a goddess.)

Likewise, reciting Hail Mary plays a significant role in my Catholic faith. We all have our own mother, right? We love and respect her, right? We might have photos of our mother in our phone or maybe a printed copy of her image. It is like giving thanks and respect to our own mother. Although some religions used to say that we worship Mama Mary but I will defend this false accusations from other religions.Β I will always choose my Catholic faith. We don’t worship Mama Mary. Now tell me, how could you love Jesus Christ if you don’t love Mama Mary?Β

And so we pray to Jesus, and we ask the Blessed Virgin Mary’s intercession. We try to love Mary like Jesus does, and to love Jesus like Mary does.

Also, I’ve learned the Memorare Prayer when I was preparing and it made me cry. As in tears when I was in the Paulinian community. It is as if the angels are singing. I just can’t explain and describe the feeling.

I love sharing my faith here and how God answered my prayers countless times. πŸ™

I hope I inspire someone with the little sharing I did.

Love lots, A πŸ’ž
