How to Make DIY Itinerary for Schengen Visa Application😊

“God has been generous to you; be generous to others.” -Fr. Reginald Malicdem

Sharing is a generous act, and you could make a significant difference whenever you share something.

I created and I used to have my own business in facebook named Schengen Visa Assistance by Ali before but I decided to stop since I am very busy with my work and I really have to focus in my dental career. I think of doing Schengen Visa Application assistance as another way to earn profit before but I stopped. It’s a bit tiring and complicated job…

Today, since the Lord has blessed me with so much more than I asked for I would like to extend my help to other people who are struggling in this field. I even received messages from my friends asking me again on how to have a successful visa application. Later on, I will be creating a post about the pilgrimage journey but I saw that there are actually other information that needs to be addressed as one of my friends messaged me and asking for a help in her visa application this month.

I generously send to my friends the exact copy of my detailed itinerary and now I am making this open to public since I want to help other people. In fact, one of my colleagues, Dr. A got her approved schengen visa by following the copy I sent her before. She said thank you to me and it really melts my heart and I am happy to see other people winning also.

Ok, I think I paid 15,000 php in my travel agency for a visa assistance during my visa application in France Embassy because I don’t want to do the hassle of creating and researching in my own itinerary. But, if you are a busy person, I suggest maybe don’t risk of doing it yourself (DIY) Schengen visa application. To be honest, “sobrang trabaho kapag magDDIY po kayo”.

You can apply through the help of Winner Travel Experience B2B and Millenials Rising Travel and Tours if you need schengen visa assistance. They are my trusted travel agencies. I only tried schengen visa application assistance in Winner Travel Experience B2B during my France visa application. However, I got my Balkans Trip package in Millenials Rising Travel and Tours and I know that they are offering schengen visa application assistance also. That’s the reason I am recommending these two. These two travel agencies are very professional and helpful to their clients.

I know that even if I post here the exact copy of the DIY itinerary that I passed, the documents that you will pass, financial capabilities and strong ties in our country are a LOT more valuable to the visa officer enable to grant your visa request.

Writing serves as my break from my work and I find my inner purpose as of writing this because I know that this post will reach other people and will help other people to reach their European dream.

You can change your itinerary after getting an approved visa so you really don’t have to stick with the plan that you submitted in the embassy. It is important to choose the right embassy in your application. Remember that the embassy of your choice should be your point of entry or the country that has the most number of days in your visit to increase your chance of getting that valid visa.

For the hotel accommodation, I usually booked pay at the property in the Agoda app just for the purpose of visa application then I will cancel the booking confirmation once I got the results of my visa. You can also try booking app. You don’t need to pay anything in these apps, you just need the confirmation code. For the flight reservation, this one has a fee of 500 php for single country and 1000 php for multiple country during my last application. Not sure, if there are changes in the fee since my last visa application was on 2024 and it is already 2025. 🥲

I already posted the exact copy of what I submitted in the German Embassy before but I would like to repost it here to help other people.

I don’t have the one from France because like what I said I only paid for a visa assistance that time to see how travel agency works and also because I don’t have ample time and I don’t want to do the tiring work. However, this is the exact copy of my printed document that I submitted in the Norway Embassy in VFS Makati.

This will definitely benefit those who want to apply in Norway Embassy. As you can see, my planned trip was only few days. I was only asking for 17 days but the embassy was so generous to give me one year validity period visa that allowed me to travel to Europe multiple times.

After this experience, I am really aiming for a longer validity period visa once I apply a Schengen visa in the future because the longer validity period visa allows me to travel anytime I want within that specific time frame. As of writing this, I don’t have Europe travel plans this year and if you find this post helpful I would like you to do me a favor to please silently include me in your prayers and I would also like to do the same for my dear silent readers. 🙏

For those who need help regarding this matter, please understand that I love to help but sometimes I can’t reply immediately due to my busy clinic schedule and there are also some boundaries in my knowledge, I don’t know how to do an application for those with sponsors since I haven’t done it.

Hope this sharing helps for more chances of WINNING that dream Schengen visa of yours dear reader!

Thank you so much for reading! All the best! 🙂

Love lots, A💕

P.S. Applying for a Schengen visa is like doing your thesis. Just kidding! 😂
