Next is, know what you want. Are you into weight loss? Strength conditioning? General health? That way you can exercise and use the treadmill with a purpose.
Protect and guard your heart because it really affects your mindset in exercise. It affects the food you eat and the normal routine that you do. Sometimes, you might encounter doing stress eating when you are lost and it will not keep you on track in your healthy lifestyle. So, always stay positive and pray for discernment in every decision that you will make.
Reward yourself every now and then once you reach your goal. This doesn’t only apply in exercising but also when it comes to studying and working.
Get a good music for your workout routine. Music really helps to boost your mood and confidence. It helps you to not be bored in your workout.
Lastly, workout with your friends. Good people will motivate you and inspire you to keep your routine exercises.
